Ce magasin, d&#8217;une superficie de 5 274 m\u00b2 dont 2 800 m\u00b2 de surface de vente et un parking de 94 places, a \u00e9t\u00e9 construit sur un terrain de 10 975 m\u00b2. R\u00e9alis\u00e9 en 9 mois, ce projet a n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 un investissement de 60 millions de dirhams et a cr\u00e9\u00e9 120 emplois directs ainsi que 80 emplois indirects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La c\u00e9r\u00e9monie d\u2019inauguration a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sid\u00e9e par le gouverneur de la province de Kh\u00e9misset, en pr\u00e9sence de M. Hicham Yacobi, directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral adjoint d\u2019Atacad\u00e3o, Mme Naoual Benamar, directrice g\u00e9n\u00e9rale du Groupe LabelVie, ainsi que plusieurs invit\u00e9s et personnalit\u00e9s locales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En 2024, Atacad\u00e3o a investi plus de 525 millions de dirhams avec l\u2019inauguration de nouveaux magasins \u00e0 Taroudant, Taourirt, B\u00e9ni Mellal, Kela\u00e2t Sraghna, Nador et Kh\u00e9misset. Ces projets ont permis la cr\u00e9ation de plus de 720 emplois directs et 510 emplois indirects, consolidant ainsi le r\u00f4le d&#8217;Atacad\u00e3o comme acteur cl\u00e9 du d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique local, de la protection du pouvoir d&#8217;achat dans les r\u00e9gions et de la cr\u00e9ation d&#8217;opportunit\u00e9s d&#8217;emploi \u00e0 travers le Maroc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le succ\u00e8s d&#8217;Atacad\u00e3o au Maroc repose sur son mod\u00e8le \u00ab cash &amp; carry \u00bb, qui propose des offres adapt\u00e9es aux professionnels et aux particuliers, avec des prix d\u00e9gressifs, des promotions attractives et des ventes en gros et au d\u00e9tail. Le magasin de Kh\u00e9misset permet aux clients de choisir entre des achats quotidiens ou en gros, avec des prix comp\u00e9titifs similaires \u00e0 ceux des grandes villes, sans surco\u00fbts logistiques.
