Ce nouveau rendez-vous, organis\u00e9 par\u00a0Koelnmesse, s\u2019inscrit dans le cadre du th\u00e8me principal du salon,\u00a0<em>\u00ab Croissance durable \u00bb,<\/em>\u00a0et r\u00e9pond \u00e0 une question cruciale : comment garantir \u00e0 long terme un approvisionnement en prot\u00e9ines \u00e0 la fois sain, durable et technologiquement viable ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u2019ores et d\u00e9j\u00e0, pr\u00e8s de\u00a090 exposants internationaux, dont des pavillons nationaux des Pays-Bas, du Danemark ou encore de Turquie, ont confirm\u00e9 leur participation.
