R\u00e9alis\u00e9 en 12 mois avec un investissement de 77 millions de dirhams hors foncier, ce complexe s\u2019\u00e9tend sur 5 hectares et propose plus de 10 000 m\u00b2 de surface commerciale, un espace enfants, un food court, une salle de fitness et un drive-in restaurant.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lors de l\u2019inauguration, Mme Naoual Ben Amar, Directrice G\u00e9n\u00e9rale du Groupe, a soulign\u00e9 que ce nouveau centre commercial repr\u00e9sente une \u00e9tape cl\u00e9 dans la strat\u00e9gie du Groupe, visant \u00e0 offrir aux citoyens un v\u00e9ritable espace de vie et de rencontre, bien au-del\u00e0 d\u2019un simple lieu de consommation. \u00ab&nbsp;<em>Ce nouveau centre vient enrichir la vie urbaine de Sal\u00e9 en proposant une exp\u00e9rience client moderne, diversifi\u00e9e et accessible, tout en contribuant au dynamisme \u00e9conomique et social de la r\u00e9gion<\/em>. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le projet refl\u00e8te l\u2019ambition du Groupe LabelVie de cr\u00e9er des espaces multifonctionnels de proximit\u00e9, g\u00e9n\u00e9rateurs d\u2019emplois et dynamiques pour l\u2019\u00e9conomie locale. Depuis l\u2019ouverture de son premier hypermarch\u00e9 Carrefour en 2009, le Groupe s\u2019est affirm\u00e9 comme un acteur majeur de la grande distribution.
