Il a exerc\u00e9 pendant pr\u00e8s de 10 ans comme consultant senior en strat\u00e9gie avant de rejoindre le minist\u00e8re. Le d\u00e9funt est le fils de l\u2019ancien secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du gouvernement entre 1993 et 2008, M.
