{"id":13598,"date":"2026-04-28T12:11:11","date_gmt":"2026-04-28T11:11:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.foodmagazine.ma\/?p=13598"},"modified":"2026-04-28T12:11:13","modified_gmt":"2026-04-28T11:11:13","slug":"agriculture-patrimoniale-un-partenariat-renforce-entre-le-maroc-et-la-fao","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.foodmagazine.ma\/?p=13598","title":{"rendered":"Agriculture patrimoniale : un partenariat renforc\u00e9 entre le Maroc et la FAO"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Dans le cadre de la 18<sup>\u00e8me<\/sup>&nbsp;\u00e9dition du Salon International de l\u2019Agriculture au Maroc, le Minist\u00e8re de l\u2019Agriculture,&nbsp;de la P\u00eache Maritime, du D\u00e9veloppement Rural et des Eaux et For\u00eats, et l&#8217;Organisation pour l&#8217;alimentation et l&#8217;agriculture (FAO), ont organis\u00e9, le 24 avril 2026 \u00e0 Mekn\u00e8s, un s\u00e9minaire consacr\u00e9 aux SIPAM&nbsp;: \u00ab Syst\u00e8mes ing\u00e9nieux du patrimoine agricole \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette rencontre, tenue en pr\u00e9sence du Ministre de l\u2019Agriculture, M. Ahmed El Bouari, et du Repr\u00e9sentant de la FAO \u00e0 Rabat, M. Alexandre Huynh, a port\u00e9 sur l\u2019int\u00e9gration de l\u2019agriculture patrimoniale et traditionnelle dans les dynamiques de d\u00e9veloppement territorial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le s\u00e9minaire a mis en avant une approche innovante visant \u00e0 int\u00e9grer l\u2019agriculture patrimoniale et traditionnelle dans le d\u00e9veloppement territorial. Inspir\u00e9e de l\u2019initiative SIPAM de la FAO, cette d\u00e9marche vise \u00e0 pr\u00e9server les syst\u00e8mes agricoles traditionnels, la biodiversit\u00e9, les paysages ainsi que les savoirs et cultures associ\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le s\u00e9minaire a \u00e9t\u00e9 marqu\u00e9 par la signature d\u2019une lettre d\u2019entente entre le Minist\u00e8re de l\u2019Agriculture et la FAO, visant \u00e0 appuyer la mise en \u0153uvre du Programme national des Syst\u00e8mes Ing\u00e9nieux du Patrimoine Agricole Marocain (SIPAM).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce programme a pour objectif d\u2019identifier, prot\u00e9ger et valoriser le patrimoine agricole et rural, tout en pr\u00e9parant certains sites \u00e0 une reconnaissance nationale et internationale. Il met en avant le r\u00f4le des SIPAM dans la pr\u00e9servation de la biodiversit\u00e9, la promotion de l\u2019innovation et le renforcement des capacit\u00e9s locales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette signature constitue une \u00e9tape cl\u00e9 dans la coop\u00e9ration entre les deux parties pour promouvoir des syst\u00e8mes agricoles durables et r\u00e9silients, \u00e0 travers une approche int\u00e9gr\u00e9e fond\u00e9e sur la conservation du patrimoine, l\u2019innovation et l\u2019implication des acteurs locaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elle souligne \u00e9galement la capacit\u00e9 d\u2019adaptation des agriculteurs et \u00e9leveurs, notamment dans les zones recul\u00e9es, face aux d\u00e9fis climatiques, tout en contribuant \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 alimentaire. L\u2019objectif est ainsi de conserver, valoriser et transmettre ce patrimoine agricole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M. Alexandre Huynh, repr\u00e9sentant de la FAO \u00e0 Rabat, a expliqu\u00e9 que SIPAM (Syst\u00e8mes ing\u00e9nieux du patrimoine agricole mondial), est une certification cr\u00e9\u00e9e par la FAO pour valoriser des territoires agricoles fond\u00e9s sur des savoirs traditionnels et g\u00e9n\u00e9rant des produits et des modes de vie sp\u00e9cifiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M. Huynh a soulign\u00e9 que le Maroc rejoint un cercle restreint de pays avanc\u00e9s dans ce domaine, aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s notamment de la Chine et du Japon, avec la perspective d\u2019\u00e9largir progressivement la reconnaissance de nouveaux sites SIPAM. \u00ab&nbsp;<em>Cela permettra de valoriser des zones tr\u00e8s attractives en termes de production agricole, de transformation et de commercialisation, mais aussi en mati\u00e8re d\u2019agrotourisme et de visibilit\u00e9.
