La parit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9change a \u00e9t\u00e9 fix\u00e9e \u00e0 8 actions Retail Holding pour 11 actions LabelVie, sur la base d\u2019une valorisation des fonds propres de LabelVie \u00e0 12,464 milliards de dirhams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le groupe issu de la fusion ambitionne d\u2019atteindre un chiffre d\u2019affaires de 47 milliards de dirhams en 2030, avec une forte progression de ses r\u00e9sultats.
