Une attention particuli\u00e8re sera accord\u00e9e aux initiatives capables d\u2019apporter des avanc\u00e9es concr\u00e8tes en mati\u00e8re d\u2019automatisation, de digitalisation et de durabilit\u00e9. Les candidatures resteront ouvertes jusqu\u2019au 3 juillet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les FoodTech Awards seront divis\u00e9s en deux cat\u00e9gories. Les FoodTech Innova Awards s\u2019adresseront aux entreprises exposantes d\u00e9veloppant des technologies avanc\u00e9es ou des ingr\u00e9dients destin\u00e9s \u00e0 la production, \u00e0 la transformation ou \u00e0 la conservation des aliments. Les FoodTech Emprende Awards mettront, quant \u00e0 eux, en avant les startups proposant des solutions innovantes \u00e0 fort potentiel de croissance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette initiative s\u2019inscrit dans un contexte marqu\u00e9 par le dynamisme de l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me espagnol agrifoodtech. Selon le dernier rapport d\u2019ICEX Spain Export and Investment et d\u2019Eatable Adventures, l\u2019Espagne compte environ 420 startups actives sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es dans l\u2019innovation alimentaire et technologique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 ce sujet, Ricardo M\u00e1rquez, directeur d\u2019Alimentaria FoodTech, a soulign\u00e9 que l\u2019Espagne figure parmi les principaux \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes foodtech europ\u00e9ens gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la combinaison d\u2019une industrie alimentaire puissante, d\u2019une solide capacit\u00e9 technologique et d\u2019un vaste r\u00e9seau d\u2019innovation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La remise des prix aura lieu le 6 octobre au sein de l\u2019espace FoodTech Innovarena.
