{"id":14248,"date":"2026-07-04T12:16:40","date_gmt":"2026-07-04T11:16:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.foodmagazine.ma\/?p=14248"},"modified":"2026-07-04T12:16:41","modified_gmt":"2026-07-04T11:16:41","slug":"hcp-fao-une-table-nationale-pour-mieux-comprendre-lalimentation-des-marocains","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.foodmagazine.ma\/?p=14248","title":{"rendered":"HCP-FAO : une table nationale pour mieux comprendre l\u2019alimentation des Marocains"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le Haut-Commissariat au Plan (HCP) et l\u2019Organisation des Nations Unies pour l\u2019Alimentation et l\u2019Agriculture (FAO) ont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9, mardi 30 juin 2026 au Palais des Congr\u00e8s Rabat Bouregreg, la Table Marocaine de Composition des Aliments (TMCA), un nouveau r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel national d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019analyse de la consommation alimentaire au Maroc.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c9labor\u00e9e dans le cadre d\u2019un partenariat entre le HCP et la FAO, la TMCA vise \u00e0 fournir des donn\u00e9es fiables sur la composition nutritionnelle des aliments consomm\u00e9s par les Marocains. Elle documente 1 001 aliments, d\u00e9crits \u00e0 travers 43 constituants nutritionnels, allant des produits de base aux plats traditionnels marocains. Sa couverture a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9largie de 388 \u00e0 1 001 aliments afin de mieux refl\u00e9ter les habitudes alimentaires nationales.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cet outil permet de convertir les quantit\u00e9s consomm\u00e9es en apports \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques et nutritionnels. Il constitue ainsi un instrument d\u2019aide \u00e0 la d\u00e9cision pour l\u2019\u00e9laboration des politiques publiques en mati\u00e8re de nutrition, de sant\u00e9 et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 alimentaire. Il permet \u00e9galement d\u2019identifier les risques de carences ou d\u2019exc\u00e8s nutritionnels, de suivre l\u2019\u00e9volution des habitudes alimentaires et de mieux analyser les disparit\u00e9s entre r\u00e9gions, cat\u00e9gories sociales et milieux urbain et rural.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con\u00e7ue selon la classification COICOP de l\u2019Enqu\u00eate Nationale sur le Niveau de Vie des M\u00e9nages 2025-2026 et les normes internationales FAO\/INFOODS, la TMCA s\u2019inscrit dans une d\u00e9marche scientifique et collaborative. Son \u00e9laboration a mobilis\u00e9, aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s du HCP et de la FAO, plusieurs d\u00e9partements minist\u00e9riels ainsi que des experts nationaux et internationaux.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Au-del\u00e0 de sa dimension technique, cette table ouvre la voie \u00e0 une meilleure connaissance des pratiques alimentaires au Maroc.
