De plus, le Groupe a proc\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 la distribution quotidienne de 10.000 repas complets adress\u00e9s \u00e0 plusieurs centres hospitaliers au niveau de Casablanca, de Mohammedia et de Settat, ainsi que de paniers de produits Koutoubia \u00e0 plusieurs personnes dans le besoin. La distribution de ces repas et paniers a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en coordination avec les autorit\u00e9s locales, mais aussi avec des membres de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parall\u00e8lement, Koutoubia a r\u00e9adapt\u00e9 son organisation afin d\u2019assurer un maximum de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u00e0 ses employ\u00e9s, mais aussi \u00e0 ses clients. Pour cela, plusieurs mesures ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mises en place au niveau des diff\u00e9rentes unit\u00e9s de production du Groupe, notamment la distanciation sociale, le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail et les sessions de formation et de sensibilisation autour du Covid-19 \u00e0 destination du personnel de bureau et d\u2019usine. \u00c0 ceci s\u2019ajoute la d\u00e9sinfection syst\u00e9matique et r\u00e9guli\u00e8re de l\u2019ensemble des locaux, avec installation de distributeurs de gel hydro alcoolique et la fourniture de masques et de gants \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble du personnel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfin, des passerelles de d\u00e9contamination sont install\u00e9es au niveau de l\u2019ensemble des entr\u00e9es d\u2019usines. Les employ\u00e9s sont invit\u00e9s \u00e0 se laver les mains de mani\u00e8re fr\u00e9quente et notamment apr\u00e8s chaque op\u00e9ration qu\u2019ils effectuent.
