Ainsi, il sera proc\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019identification, pour chaque structure, d\u2019un \u00e9chantillon de personnes qui vont \u00eatre l\u2019objet de ce d\u00e9pistage, en commun accord avec les autorit\u00e9s concern\u00e9es. Cette op\u00e9ration se d\u00e9roulera selon le protocole adopt\u00e9 en pr\u00e9conisant de ne pas d\u00e9passer 10 pr\u00e9l\u00e8vements par structure, selon un \u00e9chantillon homog\u00e8ne et en prenant en consid\u00e9ration l\u2019organisation architecturale et la gestion des flux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Par ailleurs, \u00e0 l\u2019attention des industries agroalimentaires, un guide des mesures \u00e0 prendre afin de faire face \u00e0 la pand\u00e9mie du Covid-19 vient d\u2019\u00eatre diffus\u00e9 par Compliance Advisory Group (CAG), groupe de conseil en conformit\u00e9, membre de la FENAGRI (F\u00e9d\u00e9ration Nationale de l\u2019Agroalimentaire). Sa vocation est d&#8217;accompagner les entreprises agroalimentaires qui aspirent \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre aux exigences des march\u00e9s, de plus en plus requises, en mati\u00e8re de conformit\u00e9 aux standards qualit\u00e9 et normes r\u00e9glementaires. Ce guide met en avant la conduite \u00e0 tenir et les activit\u00e9s de nettoyage et d\u00e9sinfection \u00e0 entreprendre en cas de d\u00e9claration positive au Covid-19 au niveau du site de production ou d\u2019entreposage.
