Cette r\u00e9ouverture concerne uniquement le service pr\u00eat \u00e0 emporter et la livraison \u00e0 domicile. En effet, selon un communiqu\u00e9 du Minist\u00e8re de l\u2019Industrie, du Commerce, de l\u2019\u00c9conomie Verte et Num\u00e9rique, les caf\u00e9s et restaurants doivent respecter une liste de mesures sanitaires. Il s\u2019agit du nettoyage\/d\u00e9sinfection et l\u2019a\u00e9ration des lieux de travail, avoir des quantit\u00e9s suffisantes de gels hydroalcooliques et de masques pour le personnel, organiser les horaires des shifts afin de minimiser le nombre de personnes sur place, respecter la distanciation, veiller sur la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des produits alimentaires, sensibiliser le personnel sur l\u2019ensemble des protocoles sanitaires ainsi que le suivi de l\u2019\u00e9tat sanitaire du personnel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Par ailleurs, ces \u00e9tablissements vont recevoir les commissions mixtes d&#8217;hygi\u00e8ne et de contr\u00f4le.
