Les comptes sociaux de l\u2019exercice 2019\/2020 r\u00e9v\u00e8lent un chiffre d\u2019affaires en hausse de 28%, s\u2019\u00e9tablissant \u00e0 187,35 millions de DH, dont 96% r\u00e9alis\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019export. Malgr\u00e9 une ann\u00e9e difficile, marqu\u00e9e par une s\u00e9cheresse au 2\u00e8me semestre p\u00e9nalisant notamment la r\u00e9colte des olives, les exportations de Cartier Saada ont donc r\u00e9alis\u00e9 une belle performance gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une dynamique commerciale et \u00e0 la p\u00e9n\u00e9tration de nouveaux march\u00e9s. Les nouveaux clients repr\u00e9sentent d\u2019ailleurs 17% du chiffre d\u2019affaires de cet exercice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le r\u00e9sultat net en revanche recule de 46% par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019exercice pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent, p\u00e9nalis\u00e9 notamment par une provision pour risque clients et une perte de changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cartier Saada a \u00e9galement saisi l\u2019occasion pour s\u2019exprimer sur le Covid-19 et les perspectives 2020 : \u00ab <em>Cartier Saada consid<\/em><em>\u00e8<\/em><em>re la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 comme une valeur fondamentale et a mis en \u0153uvre, d<\/em><em>\u00e8<\/em><em>s la d\u00e9claration de la pand\u00e9mie, un Plan de Continuit\u00e9 d<\/em><em>\u2019<\/em><em>Activit<\/em><em>\u00e9 visant \u00e0 prot\u00e9ger la sant\u00e9 et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de ses collaborateurs tout en assurant la continuit\u00e9 des activit\u00e9s pour assurer la fourniture de produits \u00e0 ses clients. L\u2019\u00e9quipe dirigeante reste alerte et scrute l\u2019\u00e9volution de la situation pand\u00e9mique et ses r\u00e9percussions sur l<\/em><em>\u2019<\/em><em>ensemble des pays d<\/em><em>\u2019<\/em><em>exportation pour limiter tout \u00e9ventuel impact n\u00e9gatif sur l<\/em><em>\u2019<\/em><em>activit<\/em><em>\u00e9 de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/em> \u00bb Compte-tenu de ce contexte, le conseil d\u2019administration recommande de ne pas distribuer de dividende.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019entreprise annonce \u00e9galement le maintien de ses projets de d\u00e9veloppement.
