Le GCAM a donc donn\u00e9 naissance \u00e0 un nouveau concept d\u2019agences innovant et in\u00e9dit, \u00ab le Relais Digital\u00bb. Le Relais Digital est un point de vente \u00e9quip\u00e9 d\u2019automates \u00e0 la pointe de la technologie offrant une panoplie de services tout en maintenant le contact visuel entre le client et son charg\u00e9 de client\u00e8le. Equip\u00e9 de webcam, l\u2019utilisateur peut ainsi \u00e9changer avec un charg\u00e9 de client\u00e8le qui lui indique les diff\u00e9rentes d\u00e9marches selon le type d\u2019op\u00e9ration que le client souhaite r\u00e9aliser. Retrait ou versement de cash, d\u00e9p\u00f4t ou encaissement de ch\u00e8ques, transfert d\u2019argent, paiement de factures, ouverture de compte, initiation de demande de cr\u00e9dit ou simple demande d\u2019information, ce nouveau concept du Cr\u00e9dit Agricole du Maroc vise \u00e0 rapprocher le r\u00e9seau GCAM de ses clients et assurer une pr\u00e9sence dans les zones rurales \u00e9loign\u00e9es en mettant \u00e0 leur disposition la majorit\u00e9 des prestations offertes par la banque en leur \u00e9vitant de long et fastidieux d\u00e9placements.
