Elle est aujourd\u2019hui le leader dans la vente de conserves de sardines premium aux USA et r\u00e9alise 90% de son chiffre d\u2019affaires sur ce segment. Soulignons que Season n\u2019est pas un fabricant, mais importe ses conserves de poisson de plusieurs pays dans le monde, et notamment du Maroc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les qualit\u00e9s nutritionnelles reconnues de la sardine ainsi que la tendance forte en faveur de l\u2019alimentation \u00ab healthy \u00bb ont permis \u00e0 Season d\u2019afficher une croissance soutenue, d\u2019environ 13% par an entre 2015 et 2019. L\u2019impact de la crise sanitaire a \u00e9t\u00e9 positif, acc\u00e9l\u00e9rant temporairement la croissance du chiffre d\u2019affaires au-del\u00e0 des tendances historiques. Ainsi, sur l\u2019ann\u00e9e fiscale se terminant au 30 juin 2020, Season a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 un chiffre d\u2019affaires net de 54,6 millions de dollars. Sur une ann\u00e9e pleine et au taux de change actuel, la consolidation de Season dans Mutandis ajoutera environ 480 MDH au chiffre d\u2019affaires du groupe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfin, d\u2019un point de vue strat\u00e9gique, cette acquisition, encore soumise aux autorisations administratives, ouvrira \u00e0 Mutandis \u2014 et plus largement aux exportateurs marocains de produits alimentaires dans le cadre de futurs partenariats \u2014 l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux principales chaines am\u00e9ricaines de distribution.
