Il est en effet entr\u00e9 dans la fili\u00e8re bio avec Zineb Laghzaoui il y a plus de 12 ans maintenant, fondant la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Distribio et le r\u00e9seau de magasins sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s devenus Green Village.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parall\u00e8lement, il s\u2019est investi dans le travail associatif. Il a ainsi rejoint Amabio en 2011, contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 cr\u00e9er la Fimabio en 2016, puis CEBio il y a 3 ans. Depuis cette ann\u00e9e, il est \u00e9galement Pr\u00e9sident de la FAMIBio, association regroupant les professionnels de l\u2019aval du bio (transformateurs, exportateurs, valorisateurs).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab <em>Je suis convaincu que la fili<\/em><em>\u00e8<\/em><em>re m\u00e9rite aujourd<\/em><em>\u2019<\/em><em>hui un leadership serein, mature et dynamique &#8211; un leadership bas\u00e9 sur l<\/em><em>\u2019<\/em><em>exp<\/em><em>\u00e9rience, la concertation, le partenariat public-priv\u00e9 &#8211; un leadership loin des pol\u00e9miques et des petits calculs<\/em> \u00bb, d\u00e9clare Slim Kabbaj, qui porte aujourd\u2019hui un programme \u00e9labor\u00e9 en concertation avec les op\u00e9rateurs pendant plus de trois ans, ayant b\u00e2ti des r\u00e9seaux de partenariat \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger, au Maroc dans le public et dans le priv\u00e9, ainsi que dans les mouvements associatifs. \u00ab <em>J<\/em><em>\u2019<\/em><em>ai pu construire patiemment avec le Minist<\/em><em>\u00e8<\/em><em>re de l<\/em><em>\u2019<\/em><em>Agriculture des relations de confiance et de dialogue constructif, \u00e9galement avec le Minist<\/em><em>\u00e8<\/em><em>re de l<\/em><em>\u2019<\/em><em>Industrie et du Commerce, en \u00e9vitant les confrontations contre-productives.
