The Chocolate Box est le plus grand entrep\u00f4t de chocolat du monde et sera la plaque tournante logistique de tous les produits de chocolat belge et de d\u00e9coration emball\u00e9s, provenant des chocolateries de Barry Callebaut en Belgique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Repr\u00e9sentant un montant total de 100 millions d\u2019euros, il s\u2019agit du plus gros investissement jamais r\u00e9alis\u00e9 par Barry Callebaut au sein de son r\u00e9seau d\u2019exploitation. The Chocolate Box augmente l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 de la logistique mondiale de Barry Callebaut et permettra au groupe de servir ses clients encore plus rapidement gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 sa proximit\u00e9 du r\u00e9seau autoroutier et \u00e0 son acc\u00e8s direct au port d\u2019Anvers pour les exp\u00e9ditions internationales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Construit en moins de 2 ans et d\u2019une superficie totale de 12 terrains de football, il s\u2019agit d\u2019un entrep\u00f4t \u00e0 hauts rayonnages enti\u00e8rement automatis\u00e9, d\u2019une hauteur de 41 m\u00e8tres et pouvant stocker jusqu\u2019\u00e0 125 000 palettes \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature constante de 18\u00b0C. Plus de 120 employ\u00e9s, dont 40 occupent des postes nouvellement cr\u00e9\u00e9s, veillent au bon d\u00e9roulement des op\u00e9rations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Outre sa taille, qui en fait le plus grand entrep\u00f4t de chocolat du monde, The Barry Callebaut Chocolate Box est aussi le plus durable. Il est en effet le premier immeuble du Benelux \u00e0 avoir obtenu la certification \u00ab BREEAM Outstanding \u00bb, la norme la plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e en mati\u00e8re de logistique durable. Ce b\u00e2timent \u00e0 \u00e9nergie positive satisfait enti\u00e8rement sa propre consommation d\u2019\u00e9nergie. Les techniques les plus r\u00e9centes en mati\u00e8re de construction durable ont \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9es pour d\u00e9crocher ce certificat : panneaux solaires, groupes de traitement de l\u2019air, r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration des eaux de pluie et de la chaleur, contr\u00f4le de l\u2019humidit\u00e9, isolation et \u00e9nergie g\u00e9othermique.
