Lekjaa a expliqu\u00e9 que le financement de ce programme exceptionnel, \u00e9labor\u00e9 par l\u2019ex\u00e9cutif, vise \u00e0 r\u00e9duire l\u2019impact du d\u00e9ficit pluviom\u00e9trique sur l\u2019activit\u00e9 agricole en soutenant les agriculteurs et \u00e9leveurs en difficult\u00e9. Le ministre d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 que le budget allou\u00e9 est constitu\u00e9 de 3 MMDH \u00e0 titre de contribution du Fonds Hassan II pour le D\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique et social, 6 MMDH d\u00e9di\u00e9s au financement et \u00e0 la restructuration des dettes des agriculteurs, notamment les petits agriculteurs qui recourent \u00e0 chaque campagne agricole \u00e0 l\u2019emprunt, et de 1 MMDH qui sera r\u00e9serv\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019assurance r\u00e9colte au titre de la campagne agricole en cours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M. Lekjaa a \u00e9galement soulign\u00e9 que 3 MMDH de cette dotation totale seront affect\u00e9s au financement des diff\u00e9rentes activit\u00e9s agricoles impact\u00e9es, notamment le secteur de l\u2019\u00e9levage, en fournissant aux \u00e9leveurs le fourrage n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 des prix convenables et des m\u00e9dicaments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Par ailleurs, il a affirm\u00e9 que le chef du gouvernement, Aziz Akhannouch, pr\u00e9sidera une r\u00e9union avec les diff\u00e9rents d\u00e9partements minist\u00e9riels concern\u00e9s, pour annoncer incessamment la mise en \u0153uvre de ce programme exceptionnel dans les plus brefs d\u00e9lais, afin d\u2019assurer l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 de son application et ainsi soutenir cette cat\u00e9gorie de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9, qui contribue de mani\u00e8re significative \u00e0 la croissance de l\u2019\u00e9conomie nationale.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Fouzi Lekjaa, ministre d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 charg\u00e9 du Budget.
