Nous avons re\u00e7u un communiqu\u00e9 annon\u00e7ant que d\u2019importantes modifications sont intervenues dans l\u2019actionnariat des deux entreprises Kool Food et Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 maghr\u00e9bine de distribution agroalimentaire (SMDA). Toutes deux interviennent dans la production et la distribution de confiserie chocolaterie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En effet, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Kool Food a \u00e9t\u00e9 enti\u00e8rement reprise par le Groupe Lahlou, qui devient d\u00e9sormais l\u2019unique associ\u00e9 de cette SARL.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le pr\u00e9sident du groupe Mohamed Anas Lahlou n\u2019est donc plus co-g\u00e9rant de SMDA, et reste le g\u00e9rant unique de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Kool Food.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Celui-ci nous a annonc\u00e9 que Kool Food se pr\u00e9pare \u00e0 de nouvelles et prometteuses perspectives pour se renforcer sur le march\u00e9 marocain aussi bien qu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019export.
