Organis\u00e9 au profit de la cellule d\u2019orientation et d\u2019insertion professionnelle (COIP) de l\u2019Heure Joyeuse, association engag\u00e9e pour la lutte contre l\u2019exclusion sociale et professionnelle, ce programme lanc\u00e9 initialement en 2018 est assur\u00e9 par les collaborateurs b\u00e9n\u00e9voles de Mondelez Maroc. Il a pour mission principale d\u2019aider les jeunes en situation difficile \u00e0 r\u00e9ussir leur insertion professionnelle \u00e0 travers des modules adapt\u00e9s et une formation pratique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 cette occasion, Hind Bennis, ambassadrice de la joie au sein de Mondelez Maroc, d\u00e9clare : \u00ab <em>coaching for the best a connu un grand succ<\/em><em>\u00e8<\/em><em>s dans ses derni<\/em><em>\u00e8<\/em><em>res \u00e9ditions, notamment \u00e0 travers une implication importante de nos collaborateurs b\u00e9n\u00e9voles et une grande motivation ressentie aupr<\/em><em>\u00e8<\/em><em>s des b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires de la COIP. Nous avons con\u00e7u ce programme sur mesure pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins constat\u00e9s par l<\/em><em>\u2019<\/em><em>Heure Joyeuse, en adaptant m\u00eame certains de nos modules en Darija dans un objectif d<\/em><em>\u2019<\/em><em>efficacit\u00e9 maximale. <\/em>\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De ce fait, l\u2019\u00e9dition 2022 du programme compte trois cycles de formation et dix modules, en l\u2019occurrence life skills, emploi et technique.
