Z O.O.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Polmlek a ainsi pris le contr\u00f4le exclusif de l\u2019int\u00e9gralit\u00e9 du capital social et des droits de vote de Safilait, suite \u00e0 une cession de 100 % des actions d\u00e9tenues par les c\u00e9dants (soci\u00e9t\u00e9s faisant partie du Groupe Bel : Fromageries Bel, Sicopa et Bel Africa) dans le capital de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Safilait.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Polmlek Group est la plus grande industrie laiti\u00e8re en Pologne avec 14 unit\u00e9s de production et 4 000 employ\u00e9s. En 2022, elle a proc\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019acquisition de 3 usines, dont une au Maroc : Safilait. Polmlek exporte dans 91 pays et plus de 52 % du lait qu\u2019elle ach\u00e8te est destin\u00e9 \u00e0 fabriquer des produits vendus \u00e0 l\u2019international.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fond\u00e9e en 2006, Safilait, connue pour sa marque Jibal, est la 3\u00e8me plus grande entreprise laiti\u00e8re au Maroc.
