Parmi eux, Chryssa Dimitriadis, directrice de la gestion des r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiels IFS, a profit\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement pour d\u00e9voiler la nouvelle version de la norme IFS Food v8, et ce en avant-premi\u00e8re, au b\u00e9n\u00e9fice des industriels marocains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En effet, l\u2019IFS publiera dans quelques semaines la 8\u00e8me version de son r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel. Elle apportera des ajustements devenus fondamentaux apr\u00e8s les crises du Covid-19 et plus r\u00e9cemment de la guerre en Ukraine. De ce fait, les distributeurs se doivent de se conformer \u00e0 la nouvelle version de la norme pour pouvoir continuer \u00e0 distribuer leurs produits en Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pauline Maigrat, directrice de l\u2019association FSQA, a aussi r\u00e9pondu pr\u00e9sente \u00e0 cette conf\u00e9rence pour pr\u00e9senter, et pour la premi\u00e8re fois au Maroc, la norme de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 alimentaire applicable aux magasins de distribution, Food Store Quality Standard FSQS.
