L\u2019ensemble du travail r\u00e9alis\u00e9 est contenu dans un livre blanc publi\u00e9 r\u00e9cemment sous le titre&nbsp;\u00ab pour une gestion durable assurant la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 hydrique du pays&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour rappel, Sa Majest\u00e9 le Roi Mohammed VI Que Dieu l\u2019Assite a lui aussi mit la lumi\u00e8re sur cette probl\u00e9matique lors du discours royal \u00e0 l\u2019ouverture de la derni\u00e8re session parlementaire o\u00f9 il a soulign\u00e9&nbsp;: \u00ab <em>l\u2019\u00e9tat actuel des ressources hydriques nous interpelle tous, gouvernement, institutions et citoyens.
