Il s\u2019agit de l&#8217;application des d\u00e9cisions du Minist\u00e8re de la Sant\u00e9 de g\u00e9n\u00e9raliser l&#8217;iodation du sel utilis\u00e9 comme ingr\u00e9dient dans les produits alimentaires fabriqu\u00e9s localement ou import\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En effet, au vu du d\u00e9veloppement du march\u00e9 du sel alimentaire notamment avec l&#8217;apparition de nouveaux types de sels tels que le sel all\u00e9g\u00e9 et le sel d&#8217;assaisonnement, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 jug\u00e9 opportun de r\u00e9viser la r\u00e9glementation en vigueur apr\u00e8s concertation avec les d\u00e9partements minist\u00e9riels concern\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A cet effet, un nouveau texte abrogeant le d\u00e9cret n\u00b02-08-362 relatif \u00e0 l\u2019iodation du sel destin\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019alimentation a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tabli avec pour objectif d\u2019exiger l\u2019utilisation de sel iod\u00e9 dans les produits destin\u00e9s aussi bien aux particuliers qu\u2019aux industriels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce projet de d\u00e9cret fixe \u00e9galement les exigences sp\u00e9cifiques de la fleur de sel et du gros sel.
