La c\u00e9r\u00e9monie s&#8217;est tenue vendredi dernier, en marge de la quinzi\u00e8me \u00e9dition du Salon International de l&#8217;Agriculture au Maroc (SIAM).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le concours, organis\u00e9 en collaboration avec l&#8217;interprofession ol\u00e9icole (INTERPROLIVE), s&#8217;est d\u00e9roul\u00e9 conform\u00e9ment aux normes du Conseil Ol\u00e9icole International (COI). Cette ann\u00e9e, 52 candidats de 7 r\u00e9gions agricoles ont particip\u00e9 au concours ouvert \u00e0 tous les producteurs d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive au Maroc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Douze huiles d&#8217;olive appartenant \u00e0 quatre r\u00e9gions ont \u00e9t\u00e9 prim\u00e9es conform\u00e9ment au r\u00e8glement du concours. Les huiles d&#8217;olive ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9parties en quatre groupes homog\u00e8nes selon le fruit\u00e9 : fruit\u00e9 vert intense, fruit\u00e9 vert moyen, fruit\u00e9 vert l\u00e9ger et fruit\u00e9 m\u00fbr.
