Les transactions, effectu\u00e9es sur le march\u00e9 de bloc \u00e0 un prix de 210 dirhams par action, ont suivi la lev\u00e9e de toutes les conditions suspensives, y compris les autorisations r\u00e9glementaires n\u00e9cessaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Suite \u00e0 cette acquisition, les membres du Conseil d&#8217;Administration de COSUMAR repr\u00e9sentant Wilmar ont d\u00e9missionn\u00e9. De nouveaux membres du conseil seront bient\u00f4t nomm\u00e9s, et les compositions des comit\u00e9s du conseil seront ajust\u00e9es en cons\u00e9quence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La cession par COSUMAR de sa participation dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Durrah au profit de Wilmar est pr\u00e9vue d\u00e8s la lev\u00e9e des conditions suspensives, pr\u00e9vue au plus tard le 31 janvier 2024. En outre, la cession de la participation de COSUMAR dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Wilmaco au groupe Wilmar a \u00e9t\u00e9 report\u00e9e \u00e0 une date ult\u00e9rieure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au-del\u00e0 des implications \u00e9conomiques et sociales, cette op\u00e9ration rev\u00eat une importance strat\u00e9gique.
