L&#8217;entreprise a sign\u00e9 une convention de partenariat avec le minist\u00e8re de la Solidarit\u00e9, de l\u2019insertion Sociale et de la Famille, le minist\u00e8re de l\u2019Industrie et du Commerce, et l\u2019Union Nationale des associations \u0153uvrant dans le domaine du handicap mental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce partenariat vise \u00e0 accompagner les personnes en situation de handicap mental vers l&#8217;int\u00e9gration professionnelle. Il s&#8217;agit d&#8217;une d\u00e9marche qui entend faciliter leur acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l&#8217;emploi dans les secteurs de l&#8217;industrie et du commerce, contribuant ainsi \u00e0 renforcer leur inclusion au niveau national.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le projet envisage \u00e9galement la prospection des m\u00e9tiers adapt\u00e9s et accessibles aux personnes en situation de handicap mental, offrant des perspectives professionnelles r\u00e9alistes et valorisantes. Cette initiative s&#8217;inscrit dans une vision globale d&#8217;\u00e9galit\u00e9 des chances et de reconnaissance de la diversit\u00e9 comme atout pour la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 et le monde du travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;engagement d&#8217;Aswak Assalam d\u00e9montre une prise de conscience et une volont\u00e9 d&#8217;agir concr\u00e8tement pour l&#8217;inclusion sociale des personnes handicap\u00e9es mentales.
