Khalid Cheddadi a d\u00e9missionn\u00e9 de son poste d&#8217;administrateur et de Pr\u00e9sident du Conseil d\u2019administration qu\u2019il occupait depuis le 10 f\u00e9vrier 2012. Tout au long de ces douze ann\u00e9es de service, M. Cheddadi a jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le essentiel dans le d\u00e9veloppement et le succ\u00e8s de l&#8217;entreprise, notamment en guidant la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 travers diverses phases de croissance strat\u00e9gique. Il a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 actif dans les comit\u00e9s d&#8217;audit, strat\u00e9gique et des ressources humaines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour succ\u00e9der \u00e0 M. Cheddadi, le conseil a nomm\u00e9 M. Hassan Boulaknadal, figure exp\u00e9riment\u00e9e dans le domaine financier, comme nouvel administrateur et pr\u00e9sident \u00e0 compter du 8 avril 2024. Ayant d\u00e9but\u00e9 sa carri\u00e8re en 1994 dans la gestion d&#8217;actifs chez BMCE, M. Boulaknadal a gravi les \u00e9chelons pour devenir directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de BMCE Capital Gestion et a occup\u00e9 divers postes cl\u00e9s au sein de la banque d&#8217;affaires BMCE CAPITAL. Il a \u00e9galement jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le significatif dans les instances de r\u00e9gulation, tant au niveau national qu&#8217;international, notamment \u00e0 la t\u00eate de l\u2019Office des changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lesieur Cristal a exprim\u00e9 sa profonde reconnaissance \u00e0 M. Cheddadi pour ses contributions majeures et a souhait\u00e9 plein succ\u00e8s dans ses nouvelles responsabilit\u00e9s \u00e0 M.
