Ces laboratoires ont\nre\u00e7u, chacun, une mallette contenant le mat\u00e9riel op\u00e9ratoire destin\u00e9 aux\nanalyses PCR pour la d\u00e9tection de l\u2019ADN animal, et dont une d\u00e9monstration a \u00e9t\u00e9\nr\u00e9alis\u00e9e \u00e0 travers une analyse de d\u00e9tection de l\u2019ADN du porc dans les produits\nalimentaires. Le but \u00e9tait d\u2019expliquer le principe de cette analyse, son mode\nop\u00e9ratoire et l\u2019interpr\u00e9tation de ses r\u00e9sultats. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette\nann\u00e9e, le FOHAM avait pour objectif de sensibiliser les op\u00e9rateurs marocains\nsur les enjeux et les opportunit\u00e9s du march\u00e9 Halal mondial et sur l\u2019importance\ndes normes et de la certification Halal pour l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 ce march\u00e9. La question\ndu positionnement du Maroc sur ce march\u00e9 et la contribution du Label Halal\nMaroc (LHM) \u00e0 ce positionnement ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 abord\u00e9es.
