Philippe Heusele, agriculteur c\u00e9r\u00e9alier et pr\u00e9sident des relations internationales d\u2019INTERCEREALES FRANCE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En 2024, malgr\u00e9 des conditions climatiques difficiles, la France a r\u00e9colt\u00e9 plus de 26 millions de tonnes de bl\u00e9 meunier, 1,3 million de tonnes de bl\u00e9 dur et 11 millions de tonnes d\u2019orge. Le bl\u00e9 meunier de cette ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9sente une qualit\u00e9 prometteuse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au Maroc, malgr\u00e9 les efforts de d\u00e9veloppement agricole, la r\u00e9colte 2024 est tr\u00e8s faible en raison d&#8217;une grave s\u00e9cheresse. Cette situation, sur fond de tensions internationales, n\u00e9cessite l&#8217;importation de pr\u00e8s de 5 millions de tonnes de bl\u00e9 meunier, 900 000 tonnes de bl\u00e9 dur, 1 million de tonnes d&#8217;orge et plus de 2,5 millions de tonnes de ma\u00efs.<br>La France joue un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9, fournissant environ la moiti\u00e9 des besoins marocains en bl\u00e9 meunier, avec d\u00e9j\u00e0 plus de 500 000 tonnes de bl\u00e9 fran\u00e7ais arriv\u00e9es depuis le d\u00e9but de la campagne.<br>Ce s\u00e9minaire fera le point sur les tendances et perspectives du march\u00e9 c\u00e9r\u00e9alier mondial. Bien que la production mondiale soit globalement bonne, le bilan reste tendu en raison d&#8217;un contexte g\u00e9opolitique compliqu\u00e9. Les experts soulignent que les probl\u00e9matiques de logistique demeurent un enjeu majeur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les rencontres franco-marocaines offrent chaque ann\u00e9e l&#8217;opportunit\u00e9 d&#8217;aborder des sujets li\u00e9s aux fili\u00e8res c\u00e9r\u00e9ali\u00e8res des deux pays. Les c\u00e9r\u00e9aliers fran\u00e7ais esp\u00e8rent que la nouvelle campagne de commercialisation renforcera les \u00e9changes bilat\u00e9raux.
