Kamal Mokdad, dont le mandat est arriv\u00e9 \u00e0 son terme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le conseil d\u2019administration de la bourse de Casablanca a exprim\u00e9 sa reconnaissance envers Kamal Mokdad, qui avait pris la pr\u00e9sidence le 18 juin 2020. Son mandat a \u00e9t\u00e9 marqu\u00e9 par une croissance significative et une transformation du march\u00e9 boursier, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre d&#8217;une strat\u00e9gie ambitieuse. Bien qu&#8217;il ne soit plus pr\u00e9sident, Mokdad continuera \u00e0 si\u00e9ger en tant qu&#8217;administrateur, repr\u00e9sentant la Banque Centrale Populaire (BCP).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Brahim Benjelloun-Touimi, le nouveau pr\u00e9sident, dispose d\u2019une vaste exp\u00e9rience dans le secteur financier. Docteur en monnaie, finance et banque de l\u2019universit\u00e9\u0301 Paris I Panth\u00e9on Sorbonne, il est administrateur directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9\u0301 de BANK OF AFRICA et administrateur des entit\u00e9s bancaires europ\u00e9ennes du groupe. Il pr\u00e9side \u00e9galement divers conseils d&#8217;administration ou si\u00e8ge comme administrateur de soci\u00e9t\u00e9s op\u00e9rant dans les domaines des banques d\u2019affaires, des services financiers sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s, ainsi que des assurances, comme RMA et sa holding O Capital Group. Par ailleurs, il est impliqu\u00e9 dans le domaine social \u00e0 travers son r\u00f4le d&#8217;administrateur de la fondation BMCE BANK pour l\u2019\u00e9ducation et l\u2019environnement, ainsi que de la fondation Othman Benjelloun.
