D\u2019autant que les conclusions pr\u00e9liminaires de l\u2019Indice de l\u2019int\u00e9gration r\u00e9gionale africaine 2019, cr\u00e9\u00e9 pour \u00e9valuer la situation de l\u2019int\u00e9gration \u00e9conomique des pays africains, et publi\u00e9 le 23 mars lors la Conf\u00e9rence des ministres qui se d\u00e9roulait au Maroc, indiquent que l\u2019int\u00e9gration r\u00e9gionale en Afrique demeure faible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les conclusions r\u00e9v\u00e8lent en effet que la Communaut\u00e9 de d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019Afrique australe est la r\u00e9gion la plus int\u00e9gr\u00e9e en mati\u00e8re de commerce, l\u2019Afrique du Sud \u00e9tant le pays le plus int\u00e9gr\u00e9 du continent. En outre, dans les 5 secteurs analys\u00e9s (int\u00e9gration du commerce, infrastructures r\u00e9gionales, int\u00e9gration productive, libre circulation des personnes et int\u00e9gration macro\u00e9conomique), l\u2019Afrique du Sud arrive en t\u00eate du classement, tandis que le Sud Soudan est le pays le moins int\u00e9gr\u00e9 en raison de ses mauvaises performances en mati\u00e8re d\u2019infrastructures r\u00e9gionales et d\u2019int\u00e9gration financi\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon Leila Mokadem, Directrice pays et repr\u00e9sentante-r\u00e9sidente au Maroc pour la Banque Africaine de D\u00e9veloppement, malgr\u00e9 l\u2019immense soutien politique dont b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie la ZLEC, de nombreux d\u00e9fis seront \u00e0 surmonter lors de sa mise en \u0153uvre, pour faire passer le commerce intra-africain, estim\u00e9 entre 15% et 18 % aujourd\u2019hui, \u00e0 25 % d\u2019ici \u00e0 2023.
