D\u00e9sormais rebaptis\u00e9e \u00ab Roslane Wine and Spirits \u00bb, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 a officialis\u00e9 ce changement par le biais de documents r\u00e9cemment d\u00e9pos\u00e9s au greffe du tribunal de commerce de Mekn\u00e8s. Ce rebranding s\u2019accompagne d\u2019une augmentation de capital, portant celui-ci de 460 \u00e0 510 millions de dirhams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;entreprise a \u00e9galement modifi\u00e9 ses statuts en s\u00e9parant les fonctions de pr\u00e9sident du conseil d\u2019administration et de directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral. \u00c0 ce titre, Rita Maria Zniber assurera la pr\u00e9sidence du conseil d\u2019administration jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la fin de l\u2019exercice 2028. Quant \u00e0 la direction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9, c\u2019est Moulay Hachem El Belghiti, directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de Ebertec, qui la prend en charge.
